Tenalach Grief Tending Services CIC brings you our Grief Tending Walks. Join us for a gentle walk at various locations across Shrewsbury to walk in reverence to all that you are holding. Optional practices offered to help you move grief through your body.

About the event
For this month's Grief Tending Walk we will be meeting in the quarry. Please meet me at the blue gates which mark the entrance to the quarry. For those who haven't met me before, I have short dark blonde hair and will be wearing a dress and leggings and wearing my light turquoise backpack.
This walk is an 'accessible' walk for those who need a slower pace. You are most welcome to join us if you don't need that but please know that we'll be moving at a slower pace than some of our hill walks. For those who are choosing to come, the walk is for an hour, we will start at the gates and finish at the same gates and will include a walk through the dingle.
