Refund Policy
As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), every penny we receive goes directly into sustaining and expanding our work in supporting individuals and communities through grief. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on bookings.

Cancellations & Exchanges

If you are unable to attend a booked event or session, we may be able to offer you a transfer to a different event or session — provided we receive your request at least 48 hours in advance of the original booking.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (via email or message) within this 48-hour window. We are not able to offer exchanges or credit after this time, and missed sessions will be considered forfeit.
