If you are looking for support, then we welcome you to join us at our grief cafe where there is space to talk, share and be gently held. Grief touches all of us yet so often it's something we are expected to carry alone.

Our grief cafes are gentle welcoming spaces where you can talk openly about death, dying and grief of any kind, including the grief that comes with our changing world.

You will be met with compassion and non-judgment. You don't need to be anything or have the right words.

You're welcome exactly as you are. 

​

There is no fee to attend however, donations are welcome to assist us in being able to offer our services.
