Service Description
Connection calls are for potential clients to get a sense of who they will be working with to support them in their grieving process. If you are a professional wanting to connect, please email Merryn as this can be arranged at a cost. All Connection Calls can be online via Zoom or in person.
Cancellation Policy
As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), every penny we receive goes directly into sustaining and expanding our work in supporting individuals and communities through grief. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on bookings. ​ Cancellations & Exchanges ​ If you are unable to attend a booked event or session, we may be able to offer you a transfer to a different event or session — provided we receive your request at least 48 hours in advance of the original booking. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (via email or message) within this 48-hour window. We are not able to offer exchanges or credit after this time, and missed sessions will be considered forfeit. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain accessible, sustainable offerings for the wider community.
